Whether you like your martinis shaken, stirred or tossed in your mouth by the bucket, you will probably appreciate Dorset Cruises’ latest offerings.

The luxury charter cruise line (h/t Gloucestershire Live) announced a couple of gin cruises that will have you wading in sophistication and British beauty. The website offers specifics behind the two cruise options, something Gloucestershire Live claims is a UK first in regards to this particular spirit.

The Artisan Gin Cruise takes off on the Dorset Queen through select Fridays, beginning on April 21 and lasting until September 1. This option is thanks to Artisan Drinks BCN and its expertise in fine gins.

Soon you will be an expert as well: “Our Gin Guides will introduce our hand selected artisan gins and give you a masterclass on each, their back story, botanicals and any other gin related matters.”

A £35 ticket will get you entry for one person and three hours around the area, highlighting Brownsea Castle, Millionaires Row at Sandbanks and the islands of Poole Harbour. You also get three cocktails and canapés served while on board.

For £300, you get your very own VIP table, which is the only way to sip on gin, really.

Now if the above was an introduction to gin and its complex flavors, then the Conker Gin Dorset Cruises option is a way to meet the actual people behind the libation.

The website explains: “Just 28 VIP guests will cruise the beautiful Poole Harbour aboard our 1938 vintage motor yacht, Dorset Queen, and experience a private gin masterclass with a Conkerer from the Conker Spirit distillery.”
